You have read the books. You understand the pattern. You could explain it to someone else better than most people could explain it to you. And still, something pulls you back and holds you back every time you go to take action toward what you really want.
Knowing has never been the missing piece. That is not a discipline problem either. There is a specific reason it happens, and it is not the reason you have been telling yourself.
Free. About ten minutes. No call required.

You have achieved success in your life in many ways.
But there is a fee you have not raised and know you have outgrown. There is an opportunity you bookmarked to look at tonight, and tonight came and went. There is a conversation that needs having, and you are not having it. There is the speaking invitation you have now put off into another year. There is a post you want to make, and you get anxious when you go to press publish. There is an article you want to write, and you edit it over and over, never satisfied enough to send it.
You tell people you want to get clearer and more consistent. What you actually want is to stop shrinking your ideas before anyone else has had a chance to see them.
The frustrating part is that you already know all of this. Understanding it has not changed it, which is what makes you wonder whether the problem is you.
Most of what governs your thoughts, feelings and choices was decided a long time ago, by significant people and events in your life, by society, by traditions, by your own experience.
Your conscious mind can want something the rest of you still treats as unfamiliar and unsafe. When you move toward it, an older part of you does what it was built to do and steers you back toward what it knows. It does not arrive feeling like protection. It arrives as a good reason to wait, a sensible objection, a sudden need to do more research.
This is why willpower gives out at precisely the wrong moment, and why more information has not helped. You have been trying to solve a subconscious pattern consciously.
The work happens in three stages, and the order matters. The third one is where the ceiling stops being a ceiling.

Not your history. Your programming. What you believe about yourself, money, your body, your work, and what you are permitted to want. You may never have spoken these beliefs out loud, which is exactly why they have never been examined.
The part most personal development sessions tend to skip. It is far easier to name what you want to stop doing than to describe what you want and the woman you want to become. So she gets built: what she accepts, what she declines, what she stops negotiating with herself about, how she talks to herself, how she thinks, how she plans her day. This is where your nervous system gets involved. It has been trained to keep you safe and to keep you exactly where you are.
Stepping into the version of yourself you want to become, before you feel ready or comfortable being her. Not repeating affirmations. Decisions, made hourly, daily and weekly. The evidence accumulates, and eventually you notice you are not performing as her anymore. You have become her.
The six sessions, and the method in full.
01 You make a decision without spending three days interrogating it.
02 You notice yourself starting to pull back, and you don't.
03 You send the proposal while still slightly unsure.
04 You say no without narrating your reasoning for a paragraph and a half.
05 You stop asking four people what they think about something you already knew.
And then other people start mentioning the change before you do. After people have done this internal work, they often feel more positive about their future and more aligned with their purpose.
You are already capable and already aware, and you are tired of not expressing yourself and offering your gifts fully. You have the insight. What you want is for your ordinary decisions to start matching it.
You are looking for a faster version of what you have already tried.
This is coaching, and it is a separate practice from Rebecca's clinical work, deliberately so. It is forward-facing. We look backward only far enough to find where a belief came from, then spend the time on who you are choosing to become and how you start living as her now.
If clinical care is what you need, that is a different kind of help and it is worth having. This program is not a substitute for it.

Rebecca Brownell has spent more than thirty three years sitting with people at the moment they understand something about themselves but still find themselves stuck in their old thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
That gap is the reason this practice exists. Rebecca grew up on a cattle farm east of Sudbury, Ontario, showing cattle and competing in equine sport. She now works from her physical and virtual office in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
A free ten minute assessment
Most women reading this already sense where their ceiling is. Very few can name it precisely, which is why it keeps operating.
The Inner Ceiling Assessment gives you language for the specific pattern that has been running. It is free, and there is no call attached to it.
If you would rather talk it through, you can book a Clarity Call instead.

Rebecca Brownell Coaching provides a transformational coaching experience for purpose driven women. This is a separate practice from Rebecca's clinical therapeutic work. Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and is not a substitute for them.
